Terminal Service One is an office of the Terminal Service department. They are located behind the headquarters of the SAI Corporation.

The retrieval process of Terminal Service One is different from the other offices, as they pay attention to the emotional well-being of both the Giftia they are retrieving and their owners. While this sets their office apart, it also causes them trouble, especially for its section chief Takao Yamanobe, as SAI Corporation dislikes the overhead expenses of the office.
